Terms of Service

These Terms of Service describe the rules for using BrassLedger, a static subscription software website and its planned subscription service.

Using the service

BrassLedger is a software workspace for recording invoices and expenses and for plan-dependent workflows such as estimates, recurring invoices, reminders, reports, and exports. You agree to use the service lawfully and to keep information you enter accurate enough for your own records. BrassLedger is not a bank, payment processor, lender, tax adviser, or legal adviser. BrassLedger tracks invoices and expenses. It does not hold, move, or lend money.

Subscriptions and renewal

Plans are billed monthly at the displayed price. Billed monthly. Renews automatically until cancelled. Your subscription renews automatically every month. Cancel anytime in your account settings — no cancellation fee. The 14-day trial is free, requires no credit card, and does not charge during the trial. In a production billing environment, plan changes may be adjusted proportionally according to the active billing system. This static demo does not connect to live billing.

Checkout and delivery

The checkout shown on this site is a demo checkout and does not charge a payment method. In a production implementation, activation details would be sent to the email supplied at checkout. The site uses the phrase Instant delivery — activation code by email to describe that intended fulfillment path. Users should keep access to the email associated with the subscription.

Refunds and cancellation

We offer a full refund within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the production account system; a cancellation does not rewrite past records.

Financial and professional boundaries

BrassLedger provides record-keeping software. It does not provide tax, legal, investment, lending, payment, or other professional financial advice. You remain responsible for reviewing your records and deciding how to use them. Nothing on this site promises a financial result, revenue increase, faster payment, tax treatment, or regulatory status.

Availability and changes

The static site may be unavailable during maintenance or because of hosting conditions. Features and plan descriptions may change as the product develops. These terms may also be updated; the current version should be reviewed before continued use.
