End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement governs access to and use of the BrassLedger software interface and related subscription features.

License grant

Subject to an active subscription and these terms, BrassLedger grants the subscriber a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for the plan's stated purpose. Coin is marked for Personal use, Ledger for Commercial use, Account for Full commercial license, and Firm for Enterprise license. Those labels describe the intended license scope shown in the plan data.

Restrictions

You may not copy the software into a competing product, resell access outside the subscription terms, reverse engineer protected components except where applicable law permits, or use the service to violate another person's rights. You remain responsible for the records and material you enter.

Ownership

BrassLedger and its licensors retain rights in the software, interface design, visual system, source code, trademarks, and supplied artwork. Your subscription does not transfer those rights to you. Your underlying business records remain yours subject to the specific data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Payments and financial boundaries

BrassLedger is software for recording invoices and expenses. It does not hold, move, or lend money. The demo checkout in this project does not process payment. A live billing integration, if introduced, would operate under its own provider terms and production disclosures.

Renewal and termination

Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Your subscription renews automatically every month. Cancel anytime in your account settings — no cancellation fee. The 14-day trial is free, requires no card, and does not charge during the trial. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.

Support and availability

Support levels vary by plan, from Email 48h through Dedicated support. Those labels describe the intended response target, not a guaranteed financial or business outcome. Static hosting can experience outages, browser limitations, or maintenance interruptions.

BrassLedger is not tax, legal, investment, lending, or payment advice. It does not promise revenue growth, tax treatment, regulatory approval, or a particular business result. Users should obtain professional advice when a decision requires it.

Acceptance

By using the software, you acknowledge these terms and the related Terms, Privacy, Refund, and Cookie policies. The current static deployment contains no account authentication or live payment processing.
